This website is operated by Coffee Time. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coffee Time. Coffee Time offers this website, including all information, Products and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – DELIVERIES
Our Aim is to have each customer order dispatched and delivered in a timely and efficient manner, each order is processed within 1-2 working days, and then sent to our dispatch partners.
Normal delivery time is between 1-3 working days excluding holidays periods and exceptional circumstances.
Our partners are DPD and An Post, both offer excellent delivery service
We will always require valid mobile contact email and delivery address, normally an SMS notification is sent to update you on the delivery window of your order.
These time frames are always indicative and subject to local circumstances and conditions
Alternative dates or days can be rescheduled for deliveries or pick up arrangements can be made to collect at the relevant office /depot if that’s available in your area.
Any Loss or Damage goods must be reported to info@coffeetime within 24 hours of receipt of goods. (we may not deal with claims outside this time.)
All claims are subject to review and that they are in the reasonable circumstances and control of Coffee Time.
Delivery times are estimates, should delays exceed 14 days customers have the right to refuse products ordered and claim a full refund.
Orders over Order value over €60.00 – Free Delivery in the Republic of Ireland only.
Order value less than €60 – Standard delivery charge of €8.00 per parcel in the Republic of Ireland.
Returns & Refunds
Please be aware of our (Coffee Time ) returns policy prior to contact regarding any returns / purchases.
Cancelling an Order
Our contact is email@example.com , please supply as reference your order number, contact details name and number. return of goods can be agreed between Coffee Time and customer by appropriate delivery method. Goods cannot be returned or cancelled 14 days after receipt of items in an order.
Due to health regulations, once opened or taken from original package perishable goods or food items cannot be returned or accepted for cancelation.
Any goods used beyond opening and inspection will be issued a reduced refund.
No Quibble Refund
Coffee time provide a No Quibble Refund if items are returned unopened and in perfect resale condition in the 14-day timeframe from delivery.
Coffee Time will on receipt of returned goods in this manner, inspect and refund monies through the original payment method less any outward and inward freight costs which customer will incur.
Return of goods will also be at the cost of customer this will include all insurances, post, and safe transit of return of goods. All or any damage caused by return of goods will be at the expense of customer and will be deducted from refunds in line with EU directive on returning unwanted goods.
Orders in error
All goods supplied in error will be issued with alternative item, refund, or replacement to same value.
Any errors or wrong orders need to be notified to Coffee Time at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Coffee time will carry out the correction of this error by way return delivery correct goods or refund.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Coffee Time will endeavour to ensure purchase arrive in top class condition to customers.
We do realise that on occasion with the best of circumstances damage can occur in transit, we advise all customers to carefully inspect delivery prior to signing for goods. Should any damage be evident these should be signed as damaged. If the inspection is not possible goods should be signed unexamined.
Photos and all relevant details should be recorded to allow Coffee Time deal with the transit partners claims process quickly.
Any damage or defects should be reported to Info@coffeetime.ie within 24 hours of receipt of delivery , quote order number name address and contact details.
We will arrange for uplift, inspection of goods should the alleged damage / defect be verified a returns replacement or refund will be issued to cover value of goods and all delivery / returns costs.
All goods should be returned by registered delivery by courier or post as applicable, should Coffee Time arrange this the relevant cost will be deducted off any refund or billed to customer. All returns must carry adequate insurance for goods, proof of return delivery.
Where no fault is found in goods or unwanted goods no refund will apply.
Coffee Time will carry guarantee of manufacturers for defects, inspection of goods will always be needed to verify any faults, as we do not manufacturer any goods the confirmation of faults will be confirmed by manufacturers process. all warranty issues should be sent to Info@coffeeeetime.ie please quote order number contact address name and relevant details.
On completion of inspection appropriate repair, replacement or refund will be provided.
Warranty of electrical items vary from 6 months to 24 months, please check the relevant term depending on your chosen product.
Warranty is only covered when items are used in the intended and specific way as outlined by manufacturer.
Daily use, care, checks and maintenance / cleaning routines must be carried out as per manufacturer’s instructions to maintain warranty.
Any or all physical damage, misuse/abuse, lack cleaning and of maintenance like limescale routines will invalidate all warranties
SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your county or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your county or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 21 - FAILED PAYMENTS / PENALTIES
If you fail to pay the monthly agreed fee, we will attempt to take payment on two further occasions. If these attempts are unsuccessful all outstanding balance will come due in the next and subsequent months. If this payment is unsuccessful, we will freeze subscription and terminate any further monthly supply of product, we will reserve the right of ownership of all equipment and product until payment is made in full. We will require entire return of these or payment in full, which will include the cost of collection, return or any / all associated legal, or administration fees should this apply.
Returns of any damaged or opened products which are not fit for resale will incur full payment by the subscriber, no return is permissible on food/beverage products. Full payment of the machines value and associated return cost will be pursued should you fail to pay.
SECTION 22 - SECURITY CHECKS
We reserve the right to make all or any appropriate checks to ensure that your credit / debit or payment card is being used with your consent. this will include the validation of Name, Address and other personal information supplied in order process. We will check theses with appropriate third-party databases. This will also include possible credit checks being made, in doing so the personal data you supply may be disclosed to a registered credit bureau.
Coffeetimeathome reserves the right to change, amend or update subscription terms and conditions at any time, we will provide timely notification to any subscriber affected by any of these changes.
Monthly by credit/debit card on the date of your sign up to subscription, with each monthly payment recurring on the same date for 12 month period thereafter till end of subscription term.
